He regularly appears before the National Company Law Tribunal, Official Liquidator, Regional Director(s), Registrar of Companies, SEBI, RBI, Arbitral Tribunals and makes representations to other regulatory authorities. He is an expert in corporate legal, managerial advisory services and transaction advisory services including mergers and acquisitions, reduction of capital etc.

As a Senior Associate of Nilesh Shah & Associates, CS Mahesh M. Darji is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce. Additionally he is also a Law Graduate from Government Law College, Mumbai and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from NMIMS University, Mumbai. His rich experience in the field of Secretarial Practice is invaluable to ‘NSA’.

CS Hetal B. Shah, Partner of Nilesh Shah & Associates, is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a graduate in Commerce. She has profound knowledge of Secretarial Practice including carrying out Secretarial Audit of Listed and Unlisted Companies, FEMA, LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) structuring and due diligence.

Joining Nilesh Shah & Associates in 2008, CS Hetal B. Shah acquired Partner status in 2012. Her expertise is as a Company Secretary and Compliance Controller in various sectors such as media, construction, IT and non-banking financial institutions. She also specializes in advisory services relating to Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), Transaction Restructuring, FEMA, Secretarial Audit, Representing before National Company Law Tribunal, Regional Director, Registrar of Companies, Official Liquidator, Reserve Bank of India and other Quasi-Judicial Forum.
